It became a farmhouse after the Rashleigh Arms was built in 1851. Then the occupants at the farm started taking in paying guests as farming prosperity declined before the First World War until the farm once again became a hotel. There are 26 rooms in total. It has a lobby, reception, 24-hour check-out service, a bar, restaurant and room service. Parking facilities are available to guests arriving by car.||There are different styles of room ranging from standard singles right up to superior doubles with spa bath and sea views.
