Each apartment has one double size bedroom plus a living area with one or two large convertible sofa beds and closed/open plan fully equipped kitchen. All apartments offer washer – dryer, dishwasher and all kind of electric appliance to make comfortable and pleasant your stay.|Free of charge: wi-fi, landline calls within Italy, free private parking in the same building, final cleaning for all stays, weekly cleaning for stays over 7days.|Conveniently located with nearby transport links, within easy reach of many services such as supermarkets, post office, chemist, bank, petrol station, sport center and swimming pool, restaurants and cafeteria.|No pets allowed.||***MANDATORY FOR GUESTS***|The property you have booked doesn't have a 24hrs reception. CHECK IN IS ONLY BY APPOINTMENT from Monday to Saturday from 2pm to 7pm. Later than 7PM on working days, all day on Sundays or on Bank Holidays, check-in time must be agreed well in advance with the Reception and it will take place with the use of a locker with access code (you will be informed of the code before arrival). |If you feel necessary to have our Staff on site attending your arrival, we will be pleased to assist you upon payment of an extra charge of €20 from 7PM to 10PM and of €30 if later and maximum until 12:00AM.
